Brandon Butler is the Director of Public Policy Initiatives at the ARL. He's been at ARL since September 2009, and in that time has worked on a host of issues ranging from fair use to network neutrality to the PATRIOT Act.

Lee Anne George is the ARL Publications Program Officer. Lee Anne joined ARL in May 1998. Since 1999 she has edited the SPEC Kit series and worked with authors to develop their surveys, analyze their data, and compile their findings into the familiar SPEC Kit format.
