MaShana Davis is the Technical Communications Liaison for the Statistics and Measurement program. In this capacity, she facilitates communication for participants and other interested parties about the uses of assessment tools administered by the Statistics and Measurement program. MaShana serves as the front line of communications for the LibQUAL+® project and provides training and user education in the technical uses of the project’s Web-based survey. She also performs database maintenance, application development and planning, and Web development and design. Prior to joining the Statistics and Measurement program, MaShana worked as the ARL Receptionist/Office Assistant from 2003 to 2004.

MaShana holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, and a master’s degree in information management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
