ClimateQUAL®: Organizational Climate and Diversity Assessment—Call for Participation 2014–2015

The online survey collects information about: (a) library staff perceptions of the organization’s commitment to the principles of diversity, (b) staff perceptions of organizational policies and procedures, and (c) staff attitudes. The survey addresses such issues as diversity, teamwork, learning, fairness, current managerial practices, and staff attitudes and beliefs.

ClimateQUAL Webcast

This webcast, held April 17, 2012, provides potential and current participants with vital information on the ClimateQUAL® service, a survey protocol capturing data on Organizational Climate and Diversity Assessment (OCDA). This one-hour webcast provides practical information for administering a survey, helps participants with interpreting the data and its analysis, and shares best practices in using the results.
