Space and Facilities Assessment

Please join us for an engaging Library Assessment Forum where Teresa Walker, associate professor and head of integrated user services at the University of Tennessee (UT) Libraries, will tell us about the Information Commons assessment conducted at UT through the LibValue grant.  Bob Fox, dean of libraries at the University of Louisville and chair of the ARL Statistics and Assessment Committee, will also discuss issues related to facilities renovations.  In the context of pursuing strategic directions, Danuta Nitecki, dean of libraries and professor of information science at Drexel University, will share insights about utilizing ROI and observational data as part of Drexel Libraries’ ongoing transformation to better advance the university’s mission.

Library Assessment Conference 2014

Last but not least we will hear the latest exciting plans and radical changes in store for our upcoming Library Assessment Conference, scheduled to take place in Seattle, Washington, August 4–6, 2014, from Steve Hiller, director of assessment and planning at the University of Washington Libraries and conference co-chair.

Plan to attend the forum for a lively discussion! The forum is free and open to all who are interested. You do not need to register for this event or for the ALA conference in order to attend the forum.
