O'Neill Library. Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Instruction, Access and User Engagement, the Head of Access Services and Collection Maintenance provides leadership, coordination, resource management, strategic planning and staff supervision for Access Services in the O'Neill Library. The Head cultivates a forward-looking, collaborative environment and sets high user-centered service standards. Working with other public service managers, the Head coordinates access services across all Boston College libraries. The Head is expected to collect and analyze use statistics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for access services and public spaces.
