We are seeking an experienced manager to lead and direct the work of the Monographs Processing Services Division. Organized into 4 departments that are led by professional librarians, the Division has a staff of 35 and is responsible for the acquisition and processing of monographs, the coordination of centralized and decentralized database maintenance, the management of monographic backlogs, and the delivery of system-wide assistance in support of the Integrated Library Systems (ILS) and evolving bibliographic utilities. As a member of the Libraries’ senior management team, the Director ensures that the processes for acquiring and cataloging monographic materials align with national policy and with CUL/IS strategic objectives.
