Assistant/Associate Professor of K-12 Library & Instructional Technology

Conduct innovative research in the areas of K-12 Library, Instructional Technology, and/or Teacher Education; teach undergraduate and graduate courses in K-12 Library, Instructional Technology and related areas in Curriculum & Instruction; advise undergraduate and graduate students; participate in appropriate departmental, college, university and professional service functions; collaborate with other faculty to enhance the implementation of K-12 Library and Instructional Technology Education at MSU; provide service to schools and K-12 policy makers in the State of Montana; provide leadership (teaching, advising, mentoring, supervision, marketing) for the K-12 Library Media program--a graduate program which prepares teachers to be endorsed as K-12 School Library Media Specialists. The program is delivered entirely online and has students from several states enrolled. There is also a Master’s degree option in the Curriculum and Instruction program which has a library media emphasis.
