Head McLure Education Library

The University of Alabama Libraries is seeking a creative, innovative and experienced librarian to lead the McLure Education Library, primarily serving the instructional, information, and research needs of the University of Alabama College of Education (http://education.ua.edu). The candidate will possess the vision and leadership skills necessary to develop a 21st century user-focused education library. Evaluation of current programs and development of new programs will be expected, as well as marketing programs and services to the campus community. Must possess an understanding of pedagogy and a record of documented success in developing and/or implementing new methods of delivering instruction.
