The 2014 -2016 Pauline A. Young Residency at the University of Delaware Library will feature work in the Manuscripts and Archives Department on a major description and access project promoting discovery of archival holdings. Recent graduates with a particular interest in a residency experience and who will contribute to the Library's efforts to provide services to a diverse user community, as well as expand access to diverse collections, are encouraged to apply.
