The Collections Strategist Librarian will have wide responsibility for participating in and helping to build the collections of the USC Libraries. He/she will devise and implement strategies for collection building and will leverage strategic collection building with the innovative management of both existing collections and new managerial models of modern academic research libraries. He/she will create and implement innovative approaches to providing effective stewardship of print and electronic collections and provides guidance and fund oversight for the materials budget and the collection development work of subject librarians.
