Diane Bruxvoort is the Associate Dean for Collection Services at the University of Houston (UH) Libraries. Earlier in her career Diane was Head of Access Services at UH and worked in public libraries for 17 years before making the transition to the university. Diane received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College, and her master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Texas. Diane is active in the American Library Association and the Texas Library Association (TLA), most recently serving on the steering committee for TLA’s annual conference.
