Rebecca Mugridge is Head, Cataloging and Metadata Services, at the Pennsylvania State University Libraries. Rebecca held previous positions at Yale University, Robert Morris University (in Pittsburgh), and the University of Pittsburgh. Rebecca received her bachelor's degree in history from Penn State, her MLS from the University of Pittsburgh, and her MBA from Robert Morris University.
