Association of Research Libraries (ARL®)

Wendy L. Scott, Assistant Director for Organizational Design and Learning, administers the Human Resources programs of the North Carolina State University Libraries, including workforce planning, talent management, the NCSU Libraries Fellows Program (aimed at diversity and the development of librarians in the sciences and digital libraries), and personnel operations. She administers the library’s programs in staff development and training, chairs the Triangle Research Libraries Network Committee on Human Resources, and previously served as adjunct faculty with the Association of Research Libraries’ Office of Leadership and Management Services. She began her career with the University of Florida Libraries. Wendy holds the MLS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the BA in English from the University of Central Florida.
