Planning a Digital Scholarship Center: A CNI-ARL Workshop—Slides Online

The Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) and the Association of Research Libraries held a workshop on “Planning a Digital Scholarship Center,” May 17–18, 2016, in Arlington, Virginia. Speakers’ slides are now online.

Sessions covered such topics as goals and strategies, models/types of centers, staffing, technologies, physical spaces, partnering with faculty on teaching and research, and products of new types of scholarship.

The workshop organizers plan to issue a report about the workshop that will include details not captured in the slides, such as panel session conversations and roundtable discussions.
