Adriene Lim Named Dean of Libraries at U Oregon

University of Oregon (UO) has appointed Adriene Lim as the Philip H. Knight dean of libraries, effective July 28, 2014. Lim has served as dean of libraries at Oakland University in Michigan since 2011. She was previously interim university librarian at Portland State University in Oregon. As dean of libraries at University of Oregon, Lim succeeds Deborah Carver, who retired on April 30, after 24 years with the UO Libraries and 12 years as dean.
