The US Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) issued a call for comments in the Federal Register on February 18, 2016, regarding proposed revisions of the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Academic Libraries Component. If approved, the revisions will become part of the 2016–2017, 2017–2018, and 2018–2019 data collections. Comments are due by April 18, 2016.
