Comments Requested on Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Academic Libraries Component 2016–2019

ipeds-logoThe US Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) issued a call for comments in the Federal Register on February 18, 2016, regarding proposed revisions of the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Academic Libraries Component. If approved, the revisions will become part of the 2016–2017, 2017–2018, and 2018–2019 data collections. Comments are due by April 18, 2016.

To access and review all the documents related to the information collection, search Regulations.gov for the Docket ID number ED-2016-ICCD-0020. Comments may be submitted electronically through Regulations.gov by selecting the Docket ID number or may be submitted via postal mail, commercial delivery, or hand delivery. Note that comments submitted by fax or e-mail and those submitted after the comment period will not be accepted. Written comments received in response to this notice will be considered public records.
