ARL Bimonthly Report Features Article on the Library’s Evolving Role in Graduate Education
Washington DC—The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) has published the February 2008 issue of the ARL Bimonthly Report. This issue features the article “Enhancing Graduate Education: A Fresh Look at Library Engagement,” which presents an overview of the discussions at a recent forum cosponsored by ARL and the Coalition for Networked Information. The issue also includes a short piece about SPARC’s new campaign to engage students on open access, an article about recent and future changes to ARL statistics, and a brief chronology of ARL efforts to develop new ways of measuring library collections.
