The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Diversity Initiatives has redesigned its Career Resources Web site. The Career Resources Online Service, established in 1996, provides job hunters with an easy-to-use resource for finding positions in ARL libraries. This service assists member institutions with attracting a qualified, talented, and diverse applicant pool. The new interface is easier to use for both the recruiter and the job seeker.
