The LibQUAL+® Results Meeting features presentations on best practices in using LibQUAL+® survey results by the following speakers:
- Colleen Cook, Dean of Libraries, Texas A&M University
- Jim Self, Director, Management Information Services, University of Virginia Library
- Brian Mathews, Reference and Subject Librarian, Georgia Institute of Technology
- Dawn Thistle, Director of Library Services, Assumption College, and ARL Service Quality Evaluation Academy Instructor
The LibQUAL+® Results Meeting, held in conjunction with the upcoming American Libraries Association (ALA) Annual Conference in Washington DC, is aimed at library staff who participated in the 2007 Session I survey. The goals of this session are to:
- provide an overview of the latest round of LibQUAL+(R) participation;
- report the latest research;
- demonstrate best practices in using the results; and
- engage participants in interpreting their institutional notebooks.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions related to their LibQUAL+® survey results, provide feedback on their survey experience, learn from other participants, and discuss how to put LibQUAL+® results into action.
