The MLS Graduate Student Résumé Database allows graduate students within six to eight months of graduating from an MLS program, or within six to eight months of completing a post-MLS residency program, to freely post their résumés in one of the most visited online recruitment services in the academic and research library community.

Only library personnel officers have direct access to search the database. The database access is free of charge to ARL member institutions. Non-ARL institutions may subscribe at a yearly rate. Human resources staff at ARL member libraries or other institutions interested in gaining access to the database should contact Jerome Offord Jr., Director of ARL Diversity Initiatives, jerome@arl.org.
