Developing a Scholarly Communication Program

Jim Stemper

Jim Stemper is the Electronic Resources Librarian at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and a Co-Chair of the libraries' Scholarly Communication Collaborative. Before that he was the Coordinator for the U-MN Libraries' InfoPoint e-mail reference service. In 2007, he and Susan Barribeau from the University of Wisconsin–Madison received the ALCTS Best of LRTS Award for their 2006 article, "Perpetual Access to Electronic Journals: A Survey of One Academic Research Library's Licenses."
