SPARC

Kevin Smith, who holds degrees in both library science and law, is the Scholarly Communications Officer for Duke University. He moderates the SPARC Author Rights Discussion Forum, an email listserv for educators, researchers, policy makers, librarians, legal counsel, and others who have an interest in responsible author copyright management. Kevin also spoke at the 2008 ALA Annual SPARC-ACRL Forum about legal considerations for academic institutions considering open access policies.
