Registrations will now be accepted only at the meeting registration desk.

Payment is expected with registration.

Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks on both days as well as an all-conference reception on Monday.

² Registration is on site after October 31, 2008.

Cancellations made by October 17, 2008 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds after October 17, 2008.
