We expect 300-400 participants from academic and research libraries, government agencies, and organizations around the world to attend this anticipated two-day meeting in Baltimore, Maryland on November 17-18, 2008. As you may know, SPARC has been a key player since 2002 in the fast-growing repositories movement and is well positioned to organize a successful meeting. Several SPARC-sponsored digital repository meetings worldwide – the SPARC Japan meeting being the most recent – have been very well received in the community. We are enthusiastic about the prospects for repository advances around the meeting and know sponsorship offers you an excellent opportunity to be part of the event. Below is a list of sponsorship options available to you. There are a limited number of opportunities, so we encourage you to contact Jennifer McLennan of SPARC with your interest as soon as possible (jennifer [at] arl [dot] org or (202) 296-2296). Thank you! We hope you'll join us as a sponsor of the 2008 SPARC digital repositories meeting.
