Submit a proposal to the Innovation Fair

SPARC meeting proposal submissions

Digital repository managers, promoters, and advocacy-building agents are always on the lookout for innovative ways to expand and enhance their repositories. The Innovation Fair invites participants to share, in no more than three minutes, innovative or creative approaches to:

•    Use of repository content
•    Discovery of research output
•    Value-added services
•    Repository promotion

Presenters will be limited to two or three minutes and one slide.

Fair projects will be featured on the Crowdvine for the conference at http://sparc08.crowdvine.com, where presenters will be asked to post their slide or graphic on the network in a blog post. For more details, see the Call for Proposals to the Fair at http://www.arl.org/sparc/media/08-0714.shtml.

Abstracts of no more than 250 words in length that describe an innovative or creative approach as outlined above are invited for review by the Program Committee. Submissions must be received no later than August 10. To submit, complete the form below. Questions and comments may be directed to Jennifer McLennan, SPARC’s Director of Communications, through jennifer@arl.org.
