SPO Announces new online edition of Papyrology journal

The Scholarly Publishing Office of the University of Michigan University Library is pleased to announce the release of the online version of the Bulletin of the American Society of Papyrologists (BASP), the official journal of the American Society of Papyrologists and the only North American journal devoted to papyri and related disciplines. For over 40 years, the journal has published studies on papyri, ostraca, and inscriptions in Greek, Latin, and Coptic; in the future, it hopes to broaden coverage to include Hieratic, Demotic, Aramaic, and Arabic texts. SPO wishes to thank the U-M Papyrus Collection for providing the print copies from which the online edition was created. All past issues of the journal are available for free to the public at http://quod.lib.umich.edu/b/basp/, with new issues to be published on a rolling basis after print publication.
