This position will provide oversight of the employee-centered onboarding process to create an immediate sense of belonging that maximizes human capital, organizational health and talent innovation. Assist with building a Clifton strengths-based culture that emphasizes empowerment, taking ownership, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recognition and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce within the UTA Library. What you bring…
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, HR, management, or related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience with managing administrative programs. Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Office Suite.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field. Training and Development experience. Experience with both full-time staff and student employee engagement. A highly effective relationship builder and communicator with exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Knowledge of experiential learning theory and practice, various teaching methodologies, and research related to pedagogy and learning. Experience with current and emerging technologies and their application in academic libraries, including creative technologies and digital technologies.

Ability to build strong relationships and drive sustainable outcomes. Ability to work collegially and collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds. Ability to foster a positive working environment and model the Libraries’ guiding principles through daily actions and behaviors. Advanced project planning and management skills. Ability to transfer and apply knowledge and experience to new situations. Ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions. Ability to excel in a "perpetual beta" environment, with frequent change and intelligent risk-taking.
