Library Fiscal Specialist; WSU Libraries, Pullman, Washington. Full-time, 12-month, Civil Service staff position located in the Library Administrative Office in Holland Library. This position will perform a variety of complex fiscal and administrative support functions such as invoice processing and Collection Budget reconciliation between the libraries’ ILS system, Alma, and Workday. Monitor and maintain annual travel/professional development allotments and process travel reimbursements for the WSU Libraries.

Qualifications: Required: Three years of fiscal record keeping experience, OR equivalent education/experience. Preferred: Experience with financial systems; experience with Workday; experience in higher education or higher education libraries.
Compensation/Benefits: Monthly Salary: $3,144.00-$4,083.00; Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
