The primary responsibilities of this position are to respond to and assist patrons in the use of the Libraries, lead/train temporary employees in all aspects of Access Services, process community borrower applications/cards, and process initial borrowing requests through ILLiad, lead and revise marking of new media materials, and provide backup for other Interlibrary Loan functions.  Work hours are from 10am-7pm, Monday – Friday. Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent and one year of experience in the functional operations of a library or archives. Equivalent education or experience will substitute. Working familiarity with an integrated library system (ILS) such as ALMA. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm. Ability to cover occasional night/weekend shifts as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; knowledge of and experience with MyWSU.
