open-hardcover-bookimage © Horia VarlanThe ARL Fall Forum 2014, “Wanted Dead or Alive—The Scholarly Monograph,” will explore the future of the scholarly monograph in a daylong gathering on Thursday, October 9. The Fall Forum is scheduled to follow the ARL Membership Meeting, Fall 2014. Registration for the forum is open to all—not limited to ARL member representatives—via a separate registration process and fee. See the program schedule for more details.

Hotel

The Fall Forum will be held at the Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, DC. The cutoff date for reserving hotel rooms at the ARL rate of $279 (single/double) is Friday, September 26, 2014. Reservations made after that date will be on a space-available basis. Please make your hotel reservations by calling the Dupont Circle Hotel toll-free number (855) 523-6953 and asking for the “Association of Research Libraries room block.”

Registration

Register online by Friday, September 26, 2014, to attend the Fall Forum. The registration fee is $275 for anyone affiliated with an ARL member institution, $300 for all others.
