Toby Graham Named University Librarian and Associate Provost of UGA Libraries

University of Georgia (UGA) has appointed Toby Graham as university librarian and associate provost of UGA Libraries, effective September 1, 2014. Graham has served as deputy university librarian at UGA since 2009. He also directs the university’s Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library and oversees the Richard B. Russell Building Special Collections Libraries. He came to UGA in 2003 as director of the Digital Library of Georgia. As university librarian and associate provost of UGA Libraries, Graham succeeds William Gray Potter, who will retire on August 31 following a 25-year career at UGA.
