Anne Langley Named Library Dean at University of Connecticut

The University of Connecticut (UConn) has appointed Anne Langley as dean of the UConn Library, effective February 1, 2018. Langley is currently associate dean for research, collections, and scholarly communications at Penn State University Libraries.

At UConn, Langley will succeed Martha Bedard, who retired July 20, 2017, after four years as the library’s vice provost. Holly Jeffcoat has been serving as acting vice provost since July 21.
