On November 3, 2023, ARL joined the Coalition for National Science Funding (CNSF) in asking the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) to request $16.7 billion for NSF in FY25, which is the level of funding that Congress authorized for NSF research and education investments in the CHIPS and Science Act.
