Digital Accessibility Statement

ARL is strongly committed to providing inclusive and accessible web content to people with disabilities. Our commitment is guided by our accessibility policy to ensure that people with disabilities have full and equal access to the content and resources on ARL.org.

To meet this commitment, we are working to meet the requirements of the newest released version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to a minimum of Level AA in accordance with state and federal accessibility laws, including:

  • Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Compliance is intended to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access and use our information and services in a manner comparable to individuals without disabilities, unless doing so would impose an undue burden on us.

If you use assistive technology (such as a Braille reader, a screen reader, or TTY) and the format of any material on this website interferes with your ability to access information, please contact us at accessibility@arl.org. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of your accessibility challenge, the format in which you prefer to receive the material, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information.
