Call for Learning+DEI Cohort Program Event Hosts

Opportunities include hosting Intensive Learning Program (ILP) site visit, Leadership and Career Development Program (LCDP) site visits, and Kaleidoscope Program (KP) site visit and Leadership Symposium.

This webpage outlines the details and expectations for hosting each opportunity. Hosting opportunities include one ILP site visit, two LCDP site visits, one KP site visit, and one Leadership Symposium.

Selection

The ARL Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and ARL Learning Network Committee will review host site applications and select host site institutions considering the following criteria:

  • Institutional diversity
    • Geography & region
    • Institution type
    • Institution size
  • Articulation of distinct and impactful learning experiences

Selection of host sites will comply with ARL Policy C.2: Site Selection for In-Person Association Meetings, Programs, and Events (Member Resources login required).

ARL member institution employees interested in having their institution serve as a host site—with the support of the institution’s ARL member representative—are invited to complete this expression-of-interest form by 11:59 p.m. Hawaii–Aleutian time (UTC–10:00) on Monday, March 3, 2025. Please be prepared to describe the ways that your institution will offer distinct and impactful learning experiences for ARL program participants (2,000 characters maximum).
