LibQUAL+® Survey Administration

LibQUAL+ is offering this free workshop for current and potential participants in conjunction with the American Library Association (ALA) Midwinter Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Recommended for both first-time and repeat survey administrators, this session provides all participants registered for LibQUAL+ survey administration with practical information for administering the survey at your library, including articulating survey objectives/desired outcomes, creating an assessment group or team, marketing your survey, navigating the LibQUAL+ online system (preferences, customization, monitoring survey progress), and obtaining results. Lunch will be served.
