LibQUAL+® Survey Introduction

LibQUAL+ is offering this free workshop for potential participants in conjunction with the American Library Association (ALA) Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California. Recommended for all first-time survey administrators, this session provides new and prospective LibQUAL+ participants with information on the library service quality assessment project’s development and origins, as well as basic practical information for getting started with the survey at your library. A continental breakfast will be served.
