Member Session: Hachette v. Internet Archive (Invitation Only)

On Friday, February 2, at 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time, Brandon Butler (University of Virginia Library), Peter Jaszi (Washington College of Law, American University), and Jonathan Band (Library Copyright Alliance counsel) will join an ARL member session about the amicus brief in support of neither party in Hachette v. Internet Archive. The brief asks the court to keep in mind the central role of fair use in library practices, as the court evaluates the fair use arguments in this case.
