Constantia Constantinou Named Vice Provost and Director of Penn Libraries

University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has appointed Constantia Constantinou as the H. Carton Rogers III Vice Provost and Director of the Penn Libraries, effective August 1, 2018.

Constantinou is currently dean of University Libraries at Stony Brook University of The State University of New York (SUNY), as well as a SUNY Distinguished Librarian. She also serves on the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Board of Directors.

At Penn, Constantinou will succeed Carton Rogers, who is retiring in June 2018 (see page 17 of PDF), after leading the Penn Libraries for 14 years.
