Indiana University (IU) Bloomington has named Diane Dallis-Comentale interim dean of IU Libraries starting July 1, 2021.

Dallis-Comentale is the associate dean for Planning and Administration at IU Libraries. She also serves on the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Dallis-Comentale will serve as interim dean while Indiana University searches for a successor to Carolyn Walters, who will retire on June 30 after serving as Ruth Lilly Dean of University Libraries since 2015.

For more information about this transition, see the IU Libraries news release, “Dallis-Comentale Named Interim Dean.”
