North Carolina State University (NCSU) has appointed Greg Raschke as interim vice provost and director of libraries, effective in autumn 2017. Raschke has served as the NCSU Libraries’ associate director for collections and scholarly communication since 2004. He will be interim vice provost and director of libraries while the university conducts a search for a successor to Susan Nutter, who will retire this fall, after 30 years leading the NCSU Libraries.

For more details about this transition and about Raschke, see the June 6, 2017, NC State News article “Vice Provost, Director of Libraries Susan Nutter to Retire” and Greg Raschke’s staff page on the NCSU Libraries website
