The 2024 Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility in Libraries & Archives (IDEAL) Conference advance rate deadline has been extended until Monday, April 1. This extension is aligned with broader efforts to increase inclusion and accessibility for IDEAL attendees.

The IDEAL 2024 Conference is Monday–Wednesday, July 15–17, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The conference theme is Sustainable Resistance and Restoration in Global Communities.

At IDEAL you can:

  • Choose from 90+ sessions on 10 tracks
  • Learn from 200 speakers and presenters
  • Connect with an international community of 700+

This triennial event seeks to bring together the international library and archive community to explore the knowledge, awareness, skills, and attitudes needed to effectively navigate the complexities and opportunities specific to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and justice.
