LibQUAL+® to Offer Workshop at Northumbria Conference on Performance Measurement

ARL is sponsoring a LibQUAL+ Exchange of Experience workshop on Monday, July 22, 2013, in conjunction with the 10th Northumbria International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries and Information Services, to be held in York, UK. The half-day event will feature opportunities for LibQUAL+ participants and other interested parties to share experiences and discuss strategic uses of assessment results. The program will also include an update on the first UK implementation of the ClimateQUAL survey.

This event is open to the public and is free of charge. Advance registration by June 22 is required. Attendees are encouraged to also attend the Northumbria Conference, for which separate registration is required. Participants in the LibQUAL+ workshop may attend the Monday afternoon sessions of the Northumbria Conference for a discounted rate of £135. The afternoon includes two specific sessions on LibQUAL+ and related initiatives. To register for these sessions, please e-mail the conference organizers: Northumbria-conference@york.ac.uk.
