University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa has named Monica Ghosh as interim university librarian, effective August 25, 2017. The university is conducting a search for a successor to Irene Herold, who stepped down June 30, 2017, to accept the position of librarian of the college at the College of Wooster. Herold led the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Libraries since August 2013.
