Robin Dale Appointed Associate Librarian for Library Services at Library of Congress

Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden has named Robin L. Dale associate librarian for library services, effective April 1, 2019. In this role, Dale will serve as the Library of Congress (LC) representative to the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Mark Sweeney, principal deputy librarian of Congress, has served as the LC representative to ARL since 2015.
