ARL, ALA, and EDUCAUSE Support Continued Authority of FCC Regarding Net Neutrality

On December 4, 2015, the Association of Research Libraries along with the American Library Association and EDUCAUSE sent a letter to House of Representatives and Senate leadership asking them to oppose the inclusion of any language in the Omnibus Appropriations bill that would affect the authority of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to enforce its Open Internet Order addressing Net Neutrality.
