ARL Signs Comments Urging Broadband Access

ARL joins EDUCAUSE and other higher education associations in urging passage of H. 6814/S. 3701, the Supporting Connectivity for Higher Education Students in Need Act, and asking Congress to strengthen the existing American research and education (R&E) networks, including Internet2 and The Quilt.
