The session will kick off with a summary of what has occurred in higher education and research since March 2020. This will frame a discussion on how to articulate strategic directions not only during the pandemic but also beyond this crisis. How libraries can be positioned for the next twelve months to five years will be explored. The opening speaker will be followed by speakers on three topics: open science, the library as place, and authentic leadership. The session will conclude with time for a Q&A.
