Kaylyn Groves, communications program officer, serves as editor of the weekly ARL E-News, assistant editor of Research Library Issues, managing editor of ARL website content, and social media manager for the Association.

She also coordinates press releases and provides general editorial guidance to ARL staff in communicating with the library and higher ed communities.

This is Kaylyn's second tenure at ARL. After serving as the ARL statistics & measurement research assistant in 1994–95, she held library positions at the National Gallery of Art, the University of Virginia, and the University of Oregon before returning to ARL in 1999. Kaylyn's professional library experience was largely in creating websites to disseminate images to art & architectural history students.

Kaylyn earned a BA in economics and quantitative analysis from Colby College and an MS in library and information science from the Catholic University of America.
