ARL member representatives and senior leaders are invited to join ARL’s Advocacy and Public Policy Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 1:00–2:00 p.m. eastern time, on Zoom. The agenda will include a read-out of the Pro Codes Act hearing, in which Library Copyright Alliance counsel Jonathan Band will be a witness; an update on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) rulemaking; a discussion about an ARL campaign for a permanent DMCA exemption for accessibility; and an update on Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
